Zambia Tourism Agency was preparing for a pivotal moment—their first-ever participation at OTM Mumbai 2026, Asia's largest travel trade show, attracting 50,000+ trade visitors and 2,200+ exhibitors from 60 countries. The challenge was significant: unlike established African destinations like South Africa or Zimbabwe, Zambia remained relatively unknown in the Indian market. They needed to break through the noise, command attention in a crowded exhibition hall, and position Zambia not just as another safari destination, but as a culturally rich, adventure-filled experience that Indian travelers had been missing. They entrusted us to handle everything—from kiosk design and construction to on-ground experience design, influencer engagement, live social media coverage, and trade lead generation.
