The Singapore Tourism Board wanted to reimagine how young Indians see Singapore. The task was to break past the clichés of "luxury shopping and city skylines" and instead unlock a fresh, youth-led narrative.

In 2024, over 2.2 million Indian tourists visited Thailand. But while Bangkok's nightlife and street markets topped itineraries, the city's premium malls like Siam Malls were often overlooked.

Green Label wanted to build brand love in Maharashtra by celebrating everyday wins without breaking strict platform guidelines around alcohol marketing. So we were tasked to make this whiskey synonymous with life's smoothest moments while staying fully compliant.

Ganga, a premium D2C ethnic wear brand, had the product, the aesthetics, and even an influencer strategy in place. But growth had plateaued. Engagement was slipping. The audience wasn't connecting emotionally.
